Hand-picked for this role based on the strength of my digital design innovation and contributions to the DH Realty Partners rebrand, I was brought on to help elevate and refine Northmarq’s visual identity for the San Antonio, Texas branch.

I led the development of high-end marketing collateral supporting multi-million-dollar Commercial Real Estate transactions, including Offering Memorandums, investment presentations, brochures, and pitch materials. Through strategic design execution, motion graphics, video content, and aerial map visuals, I strengthened brand consistency and enhanced the overall presentation of investment opportunities.

I also created custom templates to streamline production workflows and ensure cohesive communication across teams. My work contributed to reinforcing brand positioning, improving visual standards, and supporting business growth through high-impact, market-aligned creative solutions.
