Sriracha Hot Sauce
This poster explores a bold reinterpretation of the Sriracha brand, introducing a more eccentric and playful visual identity designed to resonate with a younger audience. While the brand is traditionally associated with classic Asian aesthetics, this concept reimagines its personality through vibrant experimentation and unconventional visual storytelling.
Guided by the campaign message #UnboreYourself, the iconic logo was recreated by yours truly using the original ingredients of the sauce, transforming familiar elements into expressive, unexpected visual compositions. This hands-on approach reinforces the authenticity of the concept while visually representing the product’s bold fusion of flavors.
The creative direction reflects Sriracha’s reputation for experimentation by translating its distinctive flavor profile into a design language that feels energetic, unconventional, and culturally adaptable. The result positions Sriracha as a dynamic brand capable of connecting with modern audiences seeking originality, creativity, and fresh visual experiences.
Anti-Hate Awareness Poster:
Human Rights Campaign.
This campaign uses a shock-value strategy to raise awareness about violence against the LGBTQ+ community during a time when same-sex marriage had not yet been recognized in the United States. Each piece was handcrafted using glitter in the colors of the pride flag, transitioning into red pigment symbolizing blood, intersected by firearm silhouettes representing the fatal consequences of hate crimes nationwide.
The series features multiple firearm forms symbolizing extremist opposition to marriage equality and the harmful intent to deny fundamental rights. Supported by data showing increased violence against LGBTQ+ individuals, the concept challenges the narrative that identity is an illness and reinforces that violence can never be the answer to love.
