STRINGS is a dating app designed for karaoke enthusiasts, using music as a natural bridge for meaningful connection. By linking Spotify, Apple Music, and other streaming platforms, users can match based on shared musical taste and creative expression.

Unlike traditional dating apps, STRINGS introduces a distinctive visual approach where profile images remain blurred, creating intrigue while shifting the focus toward voice and personality. Each user shares an audio clip that invites others to participate in a karaoke challenge. During the duet, participants select a song and as the performance progresses, the blurred image gradually reveals the identity of the match, turning the discovery process into an interactive and memorable experience.

 

Users can also enhance the interaction through playful animations and interactive features designed to make the experience more dynamic and entertaining. Once the karaoke challenge is completed, profiles unlock, allowing access to chat functionality and a community tab where users can discover karaoke events, social gatherings, and shared experiences related to music culture.

 

As part of the brand identity, STRINGS extends beyond the digital space through experiential activations at concerts and festivals, attracting new users and strengthening brand awareness through branded merchandise and immersive audience engagement.
